Fallout 4 is the long awaited game from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. In Fallout 4 you play as the sole survivor of Vault 111, from where you emerge to a world destroyed by nuclear war.
In the lead up and hype to the release, a series of images have been leaked on reddit as well as game-play footage on Pastebin. If you are worried about game spoilers and would prefer to wait until you can play, then don’t head to pastebin. Apparently the footage reveals the entire introduction. This time I’m preferring to be patient and waiting to enjoy it firsthand.
The leaked screenshots are from the RPG’s PlayStation 4 edition and were from an undisclosed “presentation”. They don’t really reveal that much more than what was presented by Bethesda at E3 earlier this year.
The full selection of images are available on imgur.com. The screenshots show off some of the game’s surrounding areas, NPC characters, power armour and an awesome canine companion.
In time for the November launch, Nuka-Cola Quantum will appear on Target shelves in the US. Bethesda has partnered with boutique soft drink maker Jones Soda Company to sell Nuka-Cola Quantum. If you are in the UK, you’ll also be able to order Fallout Beer. Bethesda has teamed up with Carlsberg for the promotional beverage which is available on Amazon. Bethesda has described the beer as a “pilsner lager, with a refreshing zesty hoppy taste and a floral aroma.” Fallout Beer will be released on November 5, 2015 so you can order it just in time for the release of the game.
Fallout 4 launches on November 10 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The Xbox One and PS4 versions of Fallout 4 will run at 1080p and 30fps.
